New opportunities, the rest of my scoresheet for 2009

Aside from my work with Information Professionals and clients, this year has allowed me to push forward in a number of new and interesting areas, and support some other entrepreneurs. I shall go through each one of them.

HitSmart Marketing is a new business started in 2nd qtr 2009 with Tatiana Gonzalez. It provides smart marketing and branding expertise to small and medium size businesses who want marketing expertise that delivers a rapid return on the bottom line. HitSmart Marketing (HSM) has a team of terrific creative people behind it and has had a good initial 8 months. Tatiana has been travelling since August and we have now connected with a range of business leaders around the world leveraging from our networks. These connections will be tremendous assets to the business in the year ahead as HSM targets entrepreneurs across the globe.  We have already serviced clients in Indonesia, Canada and Australia. Tatiana is now in her former homeland of Colombia, where the business world has huge potential, and we have started discussions on our 2010 plans. She will be back in Australia after Christmas. Of course, Tatiana and her team are available for a discussion should you be considering marketing assistance.

Wealth Dynamics Institute started formally in January this year, although minimal progress was made until the latter half. This business leverages from the Wealth Dynamics technology developed by Roger James Hamilton and trains entrepreneurs. I am supporting Andy Greenhill of London on this project. We ran two pilot programmes of training in October and this went extraordinarily well, plus we have pre-sales for next year’s training. We are now establishing our 2010 training programme, website, e-commerce facilities and affiliate network to ramp up for next year. If you are an aspiring Entrepreneur, this training is worthy of your consideration.

NetSmart Solutions oversees all of the internet presence of Information Professionals, HitSmart Marketing, Wealth Dynamics Institute, some of the other projects I have mentioned here plus some that I have not. NetSmart Solutions has also established a range of micro sales sites for some of its clients, primarily selling various e-books. Some of these are accessible from the main site although this main site is very immature, and will properly launch next year. I am working with Josefine Sprenger, an amazing German Internet Engineer on this venture. If you need some guidance in establishing or optimising your internet presence then Josefine and her team are awesome.

Some of the other projects I am proud to be involved with include Friends of the National Park Foundation (FNPF) who support endangered bird species in Nusa Penida (just off Bali) and Orangutan in Borneo. Bayu, the founder and leader of FNPF does amazing work and I am proud to be able to say that I and some of my colleagues have provided some help to their worthy cause. Additionally, Wealth Dynamics Institute, and I, have supported The John Fawcett Foundation. As mentioned in an earlier post on this site, spending 2 hours talking with John in October was a huge highlight for the year.

Others that I have learnt from this year are numerous, but special mention goes to Roger James Hamilton, T Harv Eker, Blair Singer, Larry Gilman and Zoltan. The first three I had contact with several times over the year and learnt a lot from. The last four were together on my recent trip to Phuket and they created a massive learning crescendo to end the year on.

As I reported in my Information Professionals post, I seem to have attracted a range of big talking sales people who failed to deliver this year. What has kept me sane and motivated is those in Information Professionals who have seen through these challenges, our Information Professionals clients, and all of our clients, and the great people involved in each of the above. Thank you to each of you.

And bring on 2010.
